Can I have a free trial?
Sorry, but for security reasons we do not offer free trials of our product. If you purchase it and you can't get it to work on your computer (even after all the support we offer has been provided) you can get a full refund.We don't think, however, that free trials would be in the best interest of existing customers, thus we don't plan to offer any in the future nor to make exceptions on this rule.
How can I buy the hack?
Please visit the store section. There you can select your subscription and complete your purchase.I don't have a PayPal account and I don't want to create one. Can I still buy the hack?
Yes! You can choose to pay via credit card without registering. Just take a look at the PayPal page you're redirected to when buying the hack.How long do I have to wait before I can use the hack after the purchase?
A minute, five at most. Everything is handled automatically, so as soon as PayPal sends us the payment confirmation you gain access to the hack.The only exception are PayPal e-Check payments. In that case it might take long (up to two weeks) for us to get confirmation of the funds transfer, therefore we strongly advise against using that payment method.
Where do I receive support when I need it?
You can ask any question you have on our forums. As a customer, you'll get access to sections that are not publicly displayed and will be able to get help the staff or other customers.For serious and unique issues, you can contact the staff directly via private message and they'll provide the required assistance.
How about the anticheats? Will I get banned?
The only way any of our customers ever got banned from Quake Live was because of demos. We've taken all of the required precautions so that the hack is fully undetected.This means PB will not be able to automatically ban you or to bust you via screenshots showing the hack's visuals. Remember, however, that QL demos can be submitted for review and you can get banned because of demo proof: keeping stealth is on you.
What happens when QL updates?
Most updates are irrelevant for the hack. It automatically adapts itself to the new QL version. There have been a few disruptive updates in the past but the situation was usually fixed within a day from the update release.Can I buy a single subscription and use it from multiple computers? Can I share my subscription with my brother/neighbor/friend/cat/...?
Our system is designed with maximum security in mind. The hack will only be usable from the computer you run it from the first time.We take customer security very seriously so beware that sharing the hack is against our Terms of Service and will result in bans.
If you change your computer and wish to use the hack from there, you have to notify the staff before running the hack from the new PC.
If you modify parts of your computer, you might still need to notify the staff before you can use the hack again. We have means to verify that the computer, in that case, is indeed the same.
Do you access my personal information, in-game aliases and computer files?
Although we have extensive usage tracking, we don't collect any personal information nor do we access your computer files.We understand privacy is a major concern for our customers and our system is designed to respect that.
